I was totally thinking about this, but I only want Massive, Battery, and Kontakt, which would be $400 ...I see loads of sealed copies of Komplete 6 on ebay for less than $300, I might just pick one of those up... -q-

I never really understand completely how licences etc work. I'm planning on buying a new computer to do all my producing on in the next few months and if I buy software now will I not be able to transfer the synths onto the new computer??

That said I've reformatted my harddrive a few times and reason/ableton have never got angry with me when I re-installed them...these things always make me nervous :s

Really wanna buy some of the cheaper sound packs here though!!

don't quote me on this, but I think you need to unregister your original license and then re-register with your new computer. of all of the complaints I've heard from NI, re-registering is a rare one, so I think you should be fine. worst case scenario, you have to call/email them or something

Tried a demo of prism, the sounds I made weren't nearly as good as youtube demos I saw :( but 30 minutes for a slow fuck like me is hardly enough to demo a synth...

So the prices on their site now, are they the full price that gets halfed or are they the half price already discounted? I tried to go through the checkout process to see a price and was met with a log jam.
