the best brand of Louisiana Red would be "Louisiana Red Hot Sauce" theirs so many, but this is the best. when i lived near new orleans, we called it "wheezyreyhawsaw" ... with our shitty fake creole impersonations :D

Nando's hot sauce is nice, and Encona original, but the all time hottest has to be Mitchell's, although I haven't tried Reggae Sauce yet!
