For the original poster, you may shoot an email to Fiction Records and see if they issued any dj promos with instrumentals or not. I know there was no commercial release of aca/instrumental but that doesnt mean their initial radio promos didnt have them or if they didnt do any dj promos.

I checked with the local college radio station here at university of texas and the version they were sent has the original and a radio promo that is slightly shorter. No aca/instrumental.

I know they released an instrumental of celestica on the "Celestica" promo cd which was only sold (i don't even think it was sold as it was for promotion idk I'm really tired right now) in the UK. and i can't seem to find the download anywhere

yeah it wasn't a sold promo it was a dj only promo i think (like i mentioned may speak to fiction to see how to acquire it)

there was a 5 track cd that had 2 versions on it and apparently a 2 track dj only promo

if you wanna go the brostep way you can always rip this youtube or hit up the owner of the channel

you may check some local mainstream dj stores... they often sell the dj only 'dont resell this" promos.... or just keep an eye on ebay as it seems a few copies have sold over the past few months

Contacting fiction would be a wise idea, although i will say that i found the instrumental with 5 minutes of googling...

would link it, but would probably violate the rules... the phase cancellation was adequate for my standards, if you're handy with EQing.. happy hunting, hype

yeah i found it on a few bootleg sites but I can't in good faith link that

as far as purchasing it I found a few mentions of it on ebay and a few mentions of it on local record sites that were out of stock....

also using gemm.com

seems that seller has it in stock for $5

may make an account and contact them. The 2 track cd should be the correct one as the single cd has 5 tracks.

gemm makes me feel all dirty... maybe it's just their coding/layout...

anyway, it can be found for free if someone is so inclined.. but i'd contact the label.. who knows, maybe they're looking for a remix

I paid for most of my college tuition using gemm. Spent every weekend going to garage sales from san diego to LA brought my laptop to look up prices and would rummage through every record/cd I could find and then resale them on gemm. Bought a lot of 300 vinyl records from a family in pamona beach for $100 that ended up making me almost $5000 on gemm. Ended up having a david bowie test pressing that got me $1200 alone.

Part of me felt bad but part of my felt poor and needed to pay for college

i would pay for that promo cd on gemm but idk... and I don't want to rip the audio from that youtube vid since the quality will just be a 128 or maybe lower

edit: i have also tried contacting the guy who posted that instrumental but he never replied
