i think it can, but the majority of goodness is minimal imo, the vast majority is total cheesy bullshit, clubs full of complete dicks at the hype kinda events. out in leicester on fri watchin silkie, quest and kromestar, nothin but pure dub heads, great atmosphere. however must admit silkie played some heavy stuff, killed it tho

aawwwwww... did somebody queef in your oreo?? did somebody make good music that made you a little upset? why not get a bottle, have mommy give your bottom a change and go take a nap, you cranky hate monger :4:

learn to love and evolve, yourself. think outside the box and maybe you'll be able to put a plug in that hole of yours that spews the verbal diarrhea you've been shitting in this thread.

have a good nap, sweety :i:

Thanks for the positive review, and yes I'm from Toronto.

I sort of expected some revolt in my lack of the original (old) stuff (hence why it says for Dubstep Beginners by a dubstep beginner). I am always hoping to evolve myself as well.

Goddamnit....
Obviously it has evolved AND WILL continue.. You're somewhat just repeating what I said.

Nice, I'm from T.O as well. Well, Sauga but right on the cusp:p If you're not busy this weekend, you should come check some canadian bass at Nocturn.

Lol who's a purist ? If we were purist would we praise the new Loefah/Swamp81 style ? Obviously not. You need to stop thinking we slag off this sound because it's not true to the 'original' sound. I'm not a kid, if a tune sounds like shit to me I can tell.

I've been way too busy.. I don't make it out to the clubs too often unless there's a big name to see.

As for Loefah/Swamp81 (I'm looking up some tracks on YouTube), actually sounds pretty interesting, I really dig the experimental and the ragga influenced shit, some good ones that I think I could definitely work in. Actually I've been wanting to make a Ragga Dubstep mix for a while now...

See constructive criticism is great... or at least criticism with reason.

To each their own, I think only Infected Mushroom is the only act I have to avoid.
Seems like these are so fittingly all the artist on my mix.

Speaking of Dubstep's Future and how it's evolving..

Psychedelic Dubstep seems to be getting quite popular too. Here's an example I just ran into.. decent, maybe a touch to happy for me:
