Yeah, that's why I said most. There are a couple of places, just not enough for a city that size.

I was too young for garage, aside from listening to it on the radio, so the first 'electronic' scene I really got into was the second wave of french house music, around 2007, Digitalism/Justice/Feadz/SebastiAn and Ed Banger/Turbo/Instatubes. To me then it was a revelation. Then around 2008 my cousin introduced me to dubstep, in the form of Burial/Skream/Distance.. then it sounded like the echo of last night's parties, and I loved it!

As far as 'is this good, or just good for electronic music?' goes, I think you can't compare them. There are very few dubstep tracks that would be anywhere near my top favourite songs or I'd really consider great pieces of music but the right mix is something else.

Looking at the other responses I'm maybe talking about something completely different.
