Well, i have memories... Actually it was pretty small system in a small room (2 satellites and MAYBE a sub) but from what i remember it was fucking weighty, it was just rattling the toilet doors like mad. Those were the times... Tunes like this played and room full of people feelin it, even if they didn't know what to call it not fucking skets, clueless students and hipsters (Yes i am a student and i'm talking about 2009 actually).

Sorry for COOLSTORYBRO but this tunes feels so nostalgic, almost feels like Ancient memories... Can't imaginr what it was like 05/06 in LDN :Q:

So yeah remix for me, but original is a big tune,still... DAT BASS

Remix is sick to mix with, it blends with pretty much everything. And does so really well.

When I feel brave enough to attempt 3 deck mixes, it is usually ancient memories/big bang/horror show. Or Ancient Memories/Horror Show/ Jah Fire.

Either way it's a pleasure to mix with.

The remix is much bigger, in alot of ways. But its nothing particularly special! Wicked, amazingly well crafted eyes down moody original dubstep sound...which i FUCKING love

But in all honesty, who can name another tune like the original? I know I fucking cant! Its an absurdly beautiful example of music. No barriers, no real basis for a tune, just someones interpretation of soundsystem culture. The original for me, by a country mile. I actually probably play the skream remix just as much, but in terms of real accomplishment...the original is totally insane for me. Just, totally insane.

The way I see it, the Skream Remix is basically a VIP. Where the original is more eyes-down, atmospheric stuff, the remix has more groove and goes off more in a dance.

Used to prefer the remix but I've been really into the og lately. Original wins for me.

Always was into the original, one of my favorite DMZs for the classic booming dub low end and the most minimal of elements, so much deep dark space it evokes, its interesting this plate is having another moment right now... seemed like a sleeper DMZ release at the time compared to what else came before and after...

I have absolute rock solid respect for both of them, listening to the original is cavernous fear-stricken bliss, remix is more head moving
amazing to think it's all on 1 vinyl

I always preferred the remix, but after actually bagging a copy I found myself playing the original much more
Both of 'em are great but for different reasons. I'm gonna have to go with the original.

NCH Golden Records. It's a bit pricey at about £30 but if your thinking of switching from spinning vinyl to cds its worth it. And I split the cost with a friend
