uhhh well since rastafarians are christians...id say there's been quite a bit already....
Some Rastafari choose to classify their religion as Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity, Protestant Christianity, or Judaism
Rastafari believe that Selassie is in some way a reincarnation of Jesus and that the Rastafari are the true Israelites
Many Rastas eat limited types of meat in accordance with the dietary Laws of the Old Testament;
any tune that says "Jah" is christian....

It's always been an ambition to orchestrate a gregorian chant version of the entire Straight Outta Compton album. Would they be up for that do you reckon?
Hmm....

Didn't someone in the scene give up making tunes because of religion?

I'm thinking DJ Narrows maybe?

Oh, and Popestep does exist. Just ask Pope from the Electric Eliminators crew in Glasgow...

ninja bad ass angels that protect the path

Post by justin roche » Sat Feb 07, 2009 1:21 pm

if angels are anything like as depicted in the bible, and christians imitated them. Then the makers of christian dubstep should scare the shit out of everyone and not because their gay either.

think about the film Constantine and other films where angels are depicted closer to their descriptions in the bible.

Now, i am not a christian, although, I do love the shaolin philosophy of training in martial arts to keep your body and mind sharp and for defending the path.

If Jesus Christ was anything like an angel, (some believe he was God, some believe he was the 1st born angel in human incarnation).

If he was this angel or God, then he would be the hardest Angel of all.
So, maybe being a christian is more about being a ninja protector of the path. like the shaolin.

I know what you mean about some christians though, they do get a bit ned flanderish and preachy which sucks.

If they had more bad ass ninja protector stuff in church, more people would be into it, instead of being ass holes.

anyway, thats my tupence worth for the day...

As an old sage once said,

true strength can only be found in those who can show their weakness

It takes true strength to do what is right, even when faced with unanimous opposition.

It takes no strength to do what is easy and wrong.

Angels stare the Devil in the eye and laugh and only their compassion saves him from his demise.

Are you strong enough? or are you another weakling?
