firky wrote:I have literally thousands of names in my heads for bands, artists, pseudo-names, characters in books etc. They all sort of just pop into my head, I like plays on words and odd juxtapositions. For example, I used to run (woo!) one of the biggest Raidohead websites on tinternet called liquidcat.com - the website went to sleep a few years ago when I got myself a FT job, woman, house etc (no time), but I came by the name in the same manner I do with other names... sort of like this:

Sitting in the bath and look at pet cat on the bathroom chair. Cat does not like water. Imagine a cat that did. Water cat. Or liquid cat. Oohhh I like that, the two words flow together.... sorted :D

"Piccadilly Commando" is a name I am going to use for a character in book I plan to write at some point but probably never will.

It's perhaps my only talent, thinking of good names and shizzle. :D
thats very cool. if you believe you got a talent, you probably have that talent.

Mine was my old graffiti tag.
I wanted to change it. But when I started out, I was always making tunes, not really caring about putting them anywhere, on the day I did start uploading to places, I couldn't think of anything else. So it just stuck.

I picked the tag because "Zerba" contains letters I could draw&bomb well.
Do you say zerbaman? Or do you say zebraman?

I was walking by the TV one day (TruTV was on), and they said something about "Internet Slave Master", and I laughed for what was probably 2 minutes straight. I just thought it sounded ridiculous.

I always wanted to start an electro-metal band and call it Internet Slave Master, but eventually started producing music myself under ISM because, well.... it's just too funny. And abbreviates well.

My favorite part about it is that it can be taken either seriously or humorously, which is pretty much how I want people to take my music.

@knell my middle name is Khayati...which, when translated to spanish, means "shut up" ... maybe that explains why people get mad at me on here :o maybe I should shut up now.
...in my opinion

I sense no form of relevance to spanish, or anything for that matter

When we started a pirate station I had the name MC JJ. But one of the DJ's were JJ. I decided to change and someone said "Govener". I write it as "Guvna" and it stuck.

Due to my past I decided I didn't want to be known under that name. So I refactored it to GV ... added the 1 to mean "The origional. The only 1. The first etc.". So now it's GV1.

I have other names that I use for various genres I rap under. I spit some demonic stuff, that some would say is twisted. So I don't publicly announce that side of things :p I also produce a lot of experimental stuff under other names too.

My first name in Spanish roughly translates 'give it to me' 8)

Or so I am told, anyway.

I got mine from a Big L lyric. I threw the V in as tribute to my last big obsession before 2step, black metal. lawl
