oh totally. thats why i said dont treat this as rules...every song is diff.
plus in the index it says if your looking to add a certain characteristic to an element look at the bottom for things like weight, warmth, etc... so 200hz falls above the weight category..which will add some punch. u get what im trying to say though. the chart can definitely help someone get an idea in their mind.
