Haven't been impressed by them ever. Most of their stuff I've is fucking awful in fact. Except that Rumble in The Jungle track is actually fairly good.

Maybe the reason why they don't get so many 'leaks' is because they are quite good at making a lot of their stuff available on soundcloud.

I like a lot of their tunes. I usually always try to find a tune of theirs to put in one of my mixes.

They still sound different enough to be interesting - perhaps not vastly different but enough.

And I live in Toronto so you know... support the locals etc etc.

@ OP are you on their street team or something?

Anyway, just boring standard tearout IMO. Except "Rumble In The Jungle" which is huge. Needs a release!

this is a midrange club kind of track that i bet alot of you wont like, and i dont really like much of there other stuff, but i do really like this one. I just think it has a really creative sound. it sounds really good on a club system

that is a good thing. atleast to stop the many many copycats too shit/lazy to find their own sound/identity.

you wonder why bro/tearout/filth/whatever seems to just reuse the same sounds, yet people still bang on about how its 'evolution'.

evolution via youtube tutorials, greeeeat

ya who the fuck goes on youtube to copy a fucking patch if it's already been used in countless songs, be a little bit more original

Zed's Dead is, in my opinion, one of those groups that did a good song, but the rest of their stuff is pretty lame. I thought White Satin was pretty crazy for a while. Props to them for getting recognized by the public and actually being successful at electronic music. Isn't that kind of everyone on this forums goal? Sometimes I wonder what makes certain people stand out though. To me, White Satin sounded different, but most of their other stuff is just boring LFO drawl. Just my opinion on the subject!
Soundcloud Sequencer drenched, hefty 80's synth leads, and two drops in the same tune! What a bargain!
Soundcloud Proggy melody, up-tempo Drumstepish style, over the top drums, and some unintentional bars of 2/4 thrown in for good measure.

Not really my cup of tea at all but they seem like nice enough blokes. Someone posted a video interview with them on the telly a while back. If the kids are digging it then big up to them.

oh cmon guys, if zeds dead was skrillex, would plastician have invited them to rinse?
http://soundcloud.com/zedsdead/rinse-fm ... ician-zeds

altho plastician was basically the same as u guys he mentioned that rumble in the jungle track and kinda played dumb silent to everything else lolllllll

i mean like i enjoy both sides of the split a lot, like airtight/gassin is probably the most amazing thing that i've ever purchased. but i'll still dabble in some brostep u know. i aint afraid of those higher frequencies ^.^

like this lameness right here. yeah there are mid-range wobbles, yeah the drums aren't 'massive,' and yeah he's huggin the LFO. but ur telling me this song doesn't make u close ur eyes just for a bit?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdXDT-5jci0

fair if it doesn't, just wanted to test :)

What does Plastician liking them have to do with anybody else liking them? Fairs if he likes them, doesn't mean that suddenly all the "deep heads" are gonna rave about them!

well put lol. i guess i meant more like people were equating him to skrillexy mainstream sellout etc and i dont think plastician would invite skrillex. doesn't give zeds dead instant cred or anything, of course he's still got more of a brostep appeal. but he's not fucking skrillex
