A quick Wiki has made me rather ashamed. Lisa Scott-Lee and that Chris Marshall (BT adverts) tnuc.

But Michael Cane, Jimmy Page, Natalia Imbruglia, Daniel Johns, Elton John, that Queen woman and Zinzan Brooke have lived here. :4:

Alexander Armstrong is often in one of my locals. His dad was my GP up until he retired too!

Nu:tone, Logistics and Commix all come from my home town, but so do Groove Armada so it's swings and roundabouts really.

haha, groove armada, but I'm joking really, I don't even know them well enough to say I don't like them probably.

the DnB connection is great though. Up until recently they ran a monthly club night that was always proper vibes, Hopsital style liquid, but steering clear of the cheesier elements of it (usually) and always had a chill crowd. They've stopped doing that now though, I think because after there was a Hospitality night in Cambridge recently they might just be doing that more regularly? Not sure though, haven't been back properly since the first one.

2 of Pink Floyd went to my sixth form when it was still a comprehensive many years ago as well.

Cool cool. Commix are perhaps my favourite dnb producers. Logistics is way up there too.
Even if you don't like Groove Armada's dance-type stuff, oh my, they have some of the best chill-out-and-smoke-a-zoot tunes going.
