Sounded fairly screechy to me. It was only 1 song but it was still a letdown. :(

I thought you said there was lots of screechy brostep, now it's just the one song? Trying to work out what you consider brostep, would you consider Spongebob brostep?

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.

Well no, there is a distinct rhythm in Spongebob. The point is not that you think I don't know what "brostep" is, the point is that Kode9 played, in my opinion, a bad set.

Well half a bad set eh?

I'm not a fan of bro in the least and I thought he was excellent, like very very good. We're all entitled to our opinions and yours is obviously as valid as mine I'm just surprised that you used the arguments that you did because that wasn't my take on the night at all.

Few people left early even before the jungle at the end. I thought it would have been ALOT better. TBH he looked fairly out of it, but that could just be him?

I was kinda up towards the front so didn't notice people leaving, like he certainly mixed it up towards the end and I wasn't expecting Regulate to get dropped but I thought he kept bringing it back really well.

he played a lot of cheesy grime instrumentals, dirty southern hiphop(which i like but i didnt feel the night was right for it).it was said earlier but yeah he rinsed 9 samurai and town called obselete for litreally 32 bars each, big rewind, then drop into said grime and hiphop.

im not badmouthing him,i was ridiculously hyped for this and the first hour of really dark heavy uk funky was honestly top notch.it seemed in the second half like he wasnt enjoying himself.if he comes again i will def go see him though no doubt as the funky part was very fucking funky!

tbh he looks pretty out of it all the time. i've never heard anyone say anything negative about his sets ever so something definitely must have been up...
