GOD DAMN!

Baddis thank for posting that, once again, Commodo shows such skill in making tunes that all have so many different aspects.I've never heard that tune, but I have immediately fallen in love, this guy just can't possibly make a bad tune. Someone really needs to get this guy another release ASAP. I will purchase anything this guy ever releases for sure. Definitely in my top 2 now.

Agreed, tune's way overdue (and still sounding so fresh).

That 'so clear' tune is buff. Anyone know if he has more Jazzy, organic sounding tracks like this and Rec room? I love that one to pieces.

I like this guys tunes, definitely got his own vibe going. I like how last.fm tags him with "post-dubstep" as one of his genres.. Haven't heard of that one yet. Yeah yeah I know I'm behind the times. I live in one of the latest cities in the world.

Last.fm is the easiest way to listen to a string of songs that I enjoy on the internet, with minimal thinking required. If you are unfamiliar, you just type in the artist or genre name that makes the kind of music you want to listen to, and presto, infinite free playlist without commercials. I've been using it for like 6 years now to keep track of my favorite songs and everything I've been listening to.

Sorry didn't mean to turn this into a commercial for them, but here's the link to Commodo's station:

http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/Commodo/similarartists

The first one that came up for me was DJG - Screwball; not bad. Heh.

Yeah except for how they are an innovation to help identify and give definition to genres not grouped by any other mechanism or force. You can really learn a lot by just listening to whatever randomly comes on there.

what? they're just what other users have tagged them as. i could tag commodo's music as nu-metal if i wanted but it wouldn't make it true or at all useful...

Yeah except people generally don't do that and use the tag feature for what it was meant for. Nobody's gonna try and stop you from fucking it up, though.

im not saying that i do mate, and i dont use it for dubstep anyway. just saying that when i used to use it for rock/metal the tags were often just ridiculous, what other people think hardly gives identity to the music
