All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

Fucking hell how does someone grow up in london and still end up being as racist as that. She would have definately been slapped if it wasnt for the child, just painful to watch. Also id love to know what her ethnic background is, typical with people like her that claim to be pure english always end up having a 'foreign' background.

such a shame that there are people like that
It's about dropping a track at the wrong speed, and it sounding better than the real thing.

How is the headline of that article "Arrest over video of 'racist rant' on Croydon to Wimbledon tram"

...but the woman hasn't been arrested (yet) and they don't even know the woman's identity...

am I missing something?

I'm glad no one did, to be honest. It wouldn't have helped improve racial relationships, it would just have been used as fuel to stoke further fires. The "non-brits" on the tram showed a huge amount of restraint and civility.

She's definitely not mentally right though. Social Services really need to get that child away from her.

Not convinced she has a "british" background either.

It looks like they have arrested a woman but not sure if its the right one and need more evidence/people to come forward.

Didn't read it fully, just saw it 2 minutes after seeing the video and thought it would give a bit more info.

She does need a punch in the throat though. Horrible woman.

free speech is great, but spewing racist hate ramblings on the public transit is not a good way to exercise it...

You'll always get idiots like that, you'll never get through to them. People who's opinions are fed to them because they don't really care about history, immigration, politics or anything like that. They just want everyone to hear that they have something to say, and when anyone challenges it, they get angry because they can't back it up with anything else, because it isn't their opinion, they didn't form it in their own mind.

Ah okay, thanks.

Although you'd think they'd be able to easily ID her using the video with that cheese grater voice that she possesses.

My thoughts exactly. Even though I'd expect to, I've never encountered anyone this publicly racist in Cornwall :)
(although that may just be because there's not enough black people here to instigate this kind of situation)

Get the kid out of there.

Eventually she is going to get herself properly fucked up, and regardless of how much of a racist bitch the mum is that's something no child deserves to experience.

racism is a crime - not an opinion.

therefor it's not about free speech.
