this is the only thing worth mentioning to anyone who has a problem with facebook privacy issues. People need to get their head in the game, it's not that hard to make facebook private.

i really like it, was cool to look at stuff that i was doing a few years ago, weird that you can have 'highlights' of years and whatever but im not ashamed of anything ive done in my past (no matter how embarassing it is) otherwise it wouldn't be up there in the first place.

you cant delete facebook completely, you can only deactivate your account.

i think timeline looks great. as others said, facebook is what you make it really... it can be way fun just like it can be intrusive, it all depends on how you use it and what you put on it.
now i want a good official last.fm app though - been using last.fm scrobbler but it's not been approved by facebook yet which means only two friends of mine can see it..


one thing looks ridiculous though imo: all those new "life events" sections in which you can fill in the date of your "first kiss", "death of a relative", etc. does not bother me as i know i won't use it, but it really looks ridiculous to me
