No. No one's going to notice either way. A few of the samples I even actually took straight from song's like that Koan kick and some dirty808 kicks.
Really? That's interesting.. I have some kicks and claps from a Beyonce track and from a La Roux track but I never use them cause of copyright, more for inspiration. Would be sweet to use them if it doesn't actually matter.
La Roux and whoever produced that Beyonce track probably stole those drums too. Relax mate, it's all cool, just put those on a mpc and put out some beats.

Not quite, feedback is an effect. It would be more akin to Jimi suing me for sampling his guitar riff, which I think is possible.. rather, his record label.
But w/e. If nobody will know the difference I guess it doesn't matter

no it`s not, it`s more him suing you for using one of his guitar notes
single hits are impossible to track the source

Good call. Wow though man so I could like, sample instrument audio one-hits from any song I want and just shape it a bit in Kontakt and not suffer any copyright shit? That's crazy. Are there any artists that are known for this?

Yes I am pretty fuckin good with granular synthesis but I never thought it would be ok to use things from commercial tracks

If it's a big release then there it a chance that someone will recognise what samples you've used, then you'll have to get them cleared. Though it's not happened with a lot of tracks which sample Amen Brother.
I wouldn't worry tbh. Use whoever's kick clap or snare you want.

I know right. It's ok to steal Massive, and steal Kontakt, and steal Sylenth, and steal your DAW, and steal your music, but it isn't ok to steal a sample.

Just produced two tracks that are about 80% samples of dub songs. Double stealing real badman.
