I've said it before but surely time for Pinch. My dream combo would be a double disk Pinch b2b Phaeleh

Would also like to add these guys to my list, anyone of the anti social boys would be awesome, or a double disc silkie b2b quest and heny b2b jay 5ive would be sick..

would have so much boogie in it

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

Who does it, I don't care. But its about time this series branches out again. Who remembers how awesome that Appleblim mix was?

I'd like to see people like Kahn, Jam City, Coni, Zhou, Kingdom, Girl Unit, Beneath, Andy Mac, Orphan101, El Kid, Jamie XX, Nautiluss, Pangaea et cetera.
They're all doing really fresh things with the 140 bpm (or just under) tempo and I think they deserve a shot too. It's that sort of niche that has been heralded by some as a possible new larger direction for dubstep to turn too (instead of being just a temporary experiment). An allstars compilation in that vein wouldn't sit wrong with me.

I'd not like to see a sort of dungeon compilation album, that's for sure. I can live with the Anti-Social crew doing one as well though.

+3
I reckon I would actually buy this. (I haven't been pirating the others, just never felt the need to spend money on them)

If it was most of those guys you mentioned there would be no trace of dubstep on it.
Would love to see Jaime XX though

are you crazy? No dubstep? Have you heard any of those peoples tunes? They're not traditional dubstep. But I don't see the point in doing another one of those, since Distance last edition pretty much covered that ground again.
EDIT
oh, I should have clarified, I didn't mean any of those to MIX it together, I was talking about artists used in the mix. I agree if most of those were to put a mix together, dubstep wouldn't be the primary focus. I was talking about tune selection.
Although Kahn or Pangaea would be sick for a mix.

Definately hope its jay 5ive, love the direction hes going in at the moment. Wouldnt like loefah because a cd of 808/juke would just be shit. I dont understand how mala hasnt mixed one yet to be honest and it should definately be a 2 cd volume, hasnt been one since 7 so it makes sense really!

also, Pinch: yes deffo. He's fucking awesome. Bet keep in mind he's already delivered an AWESOME mix this year. If you haven't already, go get his Fabriclive mix, doesn't get much better than that to start of 2012.

Absolutely. People have been saying this for years now, anti-social need to do one! But it couldn't be Silkie or Quest or any of the other anti-social guys cos they're more producers where as these two are the anti-social DJs as it were. Jay 5ive I reckon.

No tearout. No "dungeon". No Americans (sorry Joe).

But, whoever said Pangaea.... yes.

It's more hate for the term dungeon rather than the music (in my case anyway) and the last dubstep allstars was the biggest disappointment ever.

Yeah the last one went in one ear and out the other. I dont mind the 'dungeon' sound but a full hours worth gets a bit boring.

I'd love to see Mala or Joe Nice. Pinch would be sick, but since he's done Fabriclive this year I don't think it should be him.

I didn't mind the Distance mix but I certainly wasn't as hype for it as the others.

I somehow didn't know that the Antisocial crew consisted of 5 of my favourite dubstep producers... How the fuck did that slip me by? So yeah, to those who said an Antisocial mix would be the way to go: yes.

Also I don't think anyone here hates 'dungeon', but come on, it's getting a bit samey lately...
