depends where you live, i went up north once and girls are all over the wife-beater (vest) and carrot cut jeans look - where as southampton its skinny jeans and an allsaints tee.

tbh I know a fair few people who dress like this and thy're fine, I wouldnt hang around with them all the time but I can have a conversation with them
