Same here

kode 9 could just put some bass under some random sounds and ill still love it, his stuff is pure gold

dont really like that skanky part in find my way remix, before it drops. And dont like the edit on quantum, i prefer the original (wich is one sick tune)

What exactly did he change with the edit?

i do like the doom (dabrye) remix but the original is incredible. to me its a different slant on that vibe, i can't help thinging people's negative reaction to K9's remix is just that its so different to the original, which of course is amazing

Sub Dub have made some essential tunes. The reissues on theAgriculture are well worth checking out. Heard a few nice Sub Dub tunes on Asphodel the other day too...

Skeng remix is absolutely incredible..... But I'm a little bit disappointed he uses exactly the same beat and hi fx as on double shadow mix.

I really like the way kode9 does that. It ain't the first time he has done it. Quite a few of his tracks reference other kode9 productions in sounds and samples. It makes it an umistakeable sound...

den of drumz sounds excellent...

don't know about the hype surrounding the air tune really... as already mentioned it's hardly the best tune by Doom and I never quite got into Dabrye (just seems like a slightly muddier and less melodic version of Prefuse)... I reckon it would've been better if he'd used something off of either Viktor Vaughn, Madvillainy (say Accordion) or even Operation Doomsday :)

Kode 9`s myspace lineup is the `i want all those tunes` sick-as-a-lick lineup of the moment.

Den of Drumz sounded so sick at Dubraizer the other day but i missed the Skeng Remix as i nipped out back...so gutted.
Loving all the japanese crew saying `kode 9, the bug and skeng` at the beginning. Wonder if those are gonna be on the final cut or whether it`s just a myspace thing. The "You don`t want to see me get evil" sounds like goth trad but could be wrong.

On the drum pattern/motif front i`m all for it really, `Find my Way` and `Quantum` have a completely different identity and the same goes for `Double Shadow` and `Skeng`. Also, he could use the key stab used in `Fat Larrys` and `Sine` in every other tune he makes and i probably wouldn`t mind.
