This. I played with this yesterday, chucked in some feedback, LFO'd white noise and messed around with an envelope on the waveshape. Made some crazy shit.

I wanted to get the Centipede high pitched sound right but it's not quite there.

There's a lot of suspense and tension to that sound. It's amazing. :L

Yeah loved that opening synth Filthzilla. The high pitched from Rob Swire is overly impressive, it has a twist of "horror movie" feel on it.

I made mine by taking Horror Movie synths and gating them as a basic sound, the rest was Massive.

Yeah I can give you tips on how I made the Knife Party high pitched sound.

I started with a string sample.
Put a high pitched squeely Doctor Pee Pee lead underneath.
Gated it 1/32 or something.
Low pass filtered it in and out.
Little bit of distortion.
Done.

Ik, worst tutorial ever but I'm at college right now so I'll do an in-depth one later.

i do give you props though dan for making a yoi in massive WITHOUT modern cocking.

EVERYONE, even the big guys are using modern talking more often now, and not even putting effects on it so its pretty easy to spot.

if you did use modern talking it sounds nothing like it and is an amazing yoi btw
