just google it for god's sake - half the results are trademarked, which in psychological/personality stuff tends to be a sure sign of bollocks. as far as i can tell it was "created" by this woman, and the amount of waffle and jargon on this site is unreal http://winning-solutions.com/Trainings/ ... color.html and at best it's apparently loosely based on Jung/MBTI shit (which is also probably BS). although i'm getting that solely from the one reference to Jung on the website that doesn't actually make any specific claims about that.

try and find some information on the test, its underlying theory, its reliability or validity - anything that isn't actually trying to promote the test online or some blog by someone who has just taken the test. there's precious little, if any, reliable stuff (honestly, if you find the stuff on http://people.moreheadstate.edu/fs/b.ma ... olors.html remotely convincing i'd be worried - more jargon and waffle by someone with a clear vested interest, which compares it to other typologies with, as i say, questionable credibility)
