I'm using rokit 8s and the kick is almost not even apparent. If I were you I'd take the EQ on your bass and subtract the freq range where your kick comes in, just use some kind of freq range reader to figure out where your kick is peaking, usually around the 70 range and drop it their. Your kick should come in better because its not battleing for room with your bass, but overall the tune sounds pretty cool, nice arrangment!

Awesome feedback! :) :) Making bass music on KRK 5's sometimes can be alot like shooting a gun blind...I feel like there is this "blind spot" in my speakers where as long as my kick catches a good bit of top end it sounds great. Sadly I've come to the conclusion that I need at least 6" speakers to really start mixing properly... But my room is small so I'm scared of how much acoustic treatment I'm going to need to run big speakers like 8's. What size room do you run your KRK8's in bruv?

P.s. I'll try doing that with the EQ and also, I'll just cut the bullshit, stop being so lazy and just side chain the shit out of the bass too. :u:
