Instead of learning how to make that specific bass...

Learn how to use FM synthesis/ additive synthesis..

Learn how to use different distortion modules.

Then ask specific questions if you need further help.

Questions you should be asking..

How many semitones should i pitch down my bass? To get the rev down effect should i use a saw down on the filter cutoff? Should i slow down the LFO speed towards the end of the sound? What oscillator waveform should i use initially? Should i use multiple oscillators, should i detune the oscillators?

If you say, ive been using XXX program for XXX amount of time and dont know how to make XXX's bass in XXX

You will always get burned

If you don't have technical knowledge when asking an in depth technical question on sound design. DONT ASK.
