in this current world of mixing and matching different scenes and genres together no music is "dead"...however it has definitely become a "dirty" "diluted word. People should be more open minded though to current dubstep artists moving to different genres as a result. This allows the next generation of producers to come through the ranks and offer new ideas to already tried and tested methods.
