Giving names to styles helps appreciate that it is only one perspective, and that there are others.

Pinch's Qawwali was just dubstep at the time, but now it is called Dungeon and people on DSF are crazy for it.

I don't see why YouTube is a less credible community than Dubstep Forum.

Don't think I've ever heard Qawwali called Dungeon tbh...its just Dubstep.



Genres classifications really only help retailers who can then lump tunes into categories for ease of searching once a genre gets too large to be covered by a single term...but as far as liquid bad chillstep go, these are unnecessary terms IMO.
