you poor thing. :( youre missing out.
No he's not even if he didn't know what massive was
lol i own massive yet don't use it very often, i prefer relying on built in plugins in my DAW for more flexibility.
btw sherrick i said i dont know what "massvie" is (in other words the OP's spelling is friggin terrible, can't even spell "couldn't" either)

Is massvie a type of cheese or something?

Nah it's slang for "Huge Erection". Shit dude, get down with the lingo already. Jeez.

Either way. I'd also argue massive is Newbie meat. Not for the synth it's self but because it's been cracked and whoared out to high heaven and back as all the Dre beatz toating l33t new wave bedroom producers think it'll make them instant SKRILLEXZS'.

I personally don't use any NI stuff and don't use massive especially on principle, it's got a really generic sound imo.

I'm one of the very rare cases of people that actually rely entirely on free or magware VSTs. I can get exactly the same sound From Rhino CM as I've heard come from all those massive tutorials. It isn't about the label on the synth. It's much more half what the synth is capable of (FM/WT/Additive/e.t.c.) and half the person twidling the knobs. But to get bac kto the point, imo at least Massive is way to over rated.

:corndance: < Just because I was told to, yeh, no one will get that.

Just what we need, another "this vst is so overrated"thread. I really don't see he incessant need to stay off topic. Either you can help with the sound or not...

massive only sounds generic when you use the custom wavetables that are recognizable in nature. beyond that it is a synth like any other capable of producing endless results. if you don't know how to make it sound unique or "NOT NEWBIE" you are either lazy, uninspired, or uninformed. sorry

Ive tryed Massvie but i clouldnt get that sound

Does anybody know how to make that

That guy has one post count, it's barely readable at that... and his name is Skratlex ffs :corncry:

So much of me says troll. The other part of me see's an obvious teenager with a cracked copy of MASSVIE under the usual presumption that production is a piece of cake.

Outdrop encapsulates it well.

Its like try to teach calculus to a 5 year old.... there are better things to do.
So instead I shared my opinion on the synth being mentioned. Alpaca threads deserve no more than alpaca food imo :6:

oh, and moar corns :corndance:
