Yeah sounds like you've lowpassed a super saw, I was kind of hoping you'd post a clip demonstrating where all this "white noise" is and not one where you've cut it out.

You said you would layer a lot of synths together right? Well given the amount of harmonics in a saw wave and if you look at what makes up white noise then especially toward the high end you are going to notice a big mush which resembles noise. Someone already mentioned making a layer for the highs but to take this concept a little further you could try this 1. Do I need all them layers. 2 are those layers all playing the same octave or do they have specific roles? 3. How can I make them layers have a point.
Well firstly you could look at it like this, throw your least favourite ones away to leave yourself with 3 but make sure them 3 play a role, ie a layer for fatness, a layer for mids and a layer for sparkle.
Once you've done this you will realise there is no need for crazy EQ etc the odd shelf here and there and low cut their bus if you need to etc
I'm sure this will sort out the mess that is created by bringing together too many harmonics at once.
