Re: Reese bass Confusion
if people actually read all of the stickies thoroughly, and read the rules there wouldn't be bullshit answers for bullshit questions.

Yeah, I guess the whole boards have been on their periods lately so maybe you're right, I dunno.Electric_Head wrote:Your points are all valid besides the part about me being a douche.
I'm the furthest from a douche.
If you have been here for a while you'd know that is not true.
I have however just been inflammatory for which I don't apologise.
Surely at some point folks can realise they are messing this place up with a downward spiral of posts that have been answered 10000x.
Not to say my actions are necessarily called for as it is on par with the rest of the waste posts.
But you honestly can't say this thread isn't waste thread.
How, with all the reece threads on te first page alone could someone not know what reece sounds like?
The thread is pretty lulzy for sure, I just threw a little hissy-fit over the state of the boards in general, not so much this thread in particular. But, you know, there's a thread for pretty much every topic on these boards. It's not that often that a whole new technique emerges that hasn't been touched on before, if you wanted to you could probably refer every new poster to an existing topic so I think it's hard where to draw the line y'know. I try to be forgiving on new topics. But I see your point.

But, to be somewhat fair, there is a certain etiquette on forums, and I'd be willing to bet that A lot of the already answered questions are by people with little to no forum experience.

Thank god for the stoners, I'd hate to just listen to two detuned saw waves all day.Blingley wrote: But has swollen ridiculously from there. It used to mean two saw waves detuned from each other. It has later on grown to include anything and everything, because there's too many stoners amongst dubstep/DnB listeners/artists that just can't be arsed to label things correctly or find out where the word even stems from.

I trust the sounds would have evolved nonetheless. Hopefully the vocabulary would have evolved with them.hhans wrote:Thank god for the stoners, I'd hate to just listen to two detuned saw waves all day.Blingley wrote: But has swollen ridiculously from there.
