Nice step brother!!digital sequence wrote:i have 2 cars cause the accident was caused by my step brother and my parents gave me his cars after he put me in the hospital
Komplete will work on mac yes, komplete isn't a daw it is a set of tools like synths, drum machines, samplers and reaktor which is a complete modular system so can be pretty much anything you want lol.Logic is a daw,so no you will only be using one daw.digital sequence wrote: but anyway the komplete will work on a mac? and why use 2 daws? just for more sounds? and with logic is it easy to figure out and make sweet stuff because right now im on my toshiba using fls and its not giving me the intensity i want but thats probably from my inexpirience?
No logic will not be easy to learn,fl studio is just as apt at making music but it does come down to experience and learning. You will not put decent music out straight a way on any daw with no training or self acquired knowledge because it is simply just not that simple lol. That is why i mentioned college, your 15 now so start to watch decent master class videos and practice practice practice so by the time you make college you will be at a level you will really take something from it.
There is a wealth of knowledge on the net regarding the subject and i'm living proof you can self teach with a little bit of drive and ambition.
Fucking hell man i being bombarded,i'm kind of regretting getting sarcastic now loldigital sequence wrote: haha and what is reacktor? my biggest concern is spending the money and not figuring it all out. thanks for the help by the way! ive had plenty of XP with shit like guitar, bass, and electric drums cause ive been playing those for about 6 years, and i may add them into my preformance to be unique;) and with all this equipment, im also working on setting up a metal band "global Genocide" and would these help me in anyway for that?
Reaktor is a modular system where you can build effects/instruments on a modular level. It is very very very deep and to dive in to the mechanics of the system you need to be pretty good at certain aspects of maths. It is very easy to load instruments/effects created by other people and use straight away but the bit where you can build your own is not for the faint hearted.
In all honesty i'm pretty sure you will buy what you want regardless of the advice i give but take heed with this bit,if you buy komplete learn massive first,it is the most simple out of the instruments and will probably give you the most in the understanding department + there is a fuck ton of tutorials out there for someone like yourself.
Then move on to fm8,fm synthesis is a bit more difficult but for tearing basslines it is a simple process, see learn massive then there will be parts of fm8 that make sense straight from the get go.
Absynth next which is my favourite but again can be a bit difficult to learn as the user interface is a bit of a cock at first. For me this synth is the most powerful of the 3.
Kontakt and battery are easy to learn to be honest, the basics are pretty much there in the manual.Learning the harder techniques that come in the sampler domain is just an experience thing and again watching tutorials.
All i can say is you will be at the same place with any daw you use,be it cubase,logic,reason,live.....rahrahrahrahrahrah
It all comes down to how far your willing to push yourself,a lot of money to give up because its not as easy as you first thought isn't it?
If you have some music theory then it will bode well so having a bit of instrument playing in your background you all ready have a head start and yes you can record a band into logic but that would involve mics, mixing desk and a whole lot more that i can't help you on because i have never bothered learning so on your own on that one.
I think i have been as informative with this post as i can be so are we done????????
