I have a very complex system of hooks screwed on the underside of my desk which threads all the wires through linking to central extension wire which I unplug what I am using and plug in what I want to use - i would quite love to get rid of this system haha!
It's a slippery slope. Hardware that is. Either way, I don't think you'll be disappointed with a MOTU...you might think about throwing a couple hardware compressors and a good pre-amp in there for the SP808, JV1080 and the future TI2. :W:

Heh I was gonna mention that fragments has an 828 but then I scrolled down 3 inches. I'll probably eventually get one too once I can justify sinking some cash into it. I was considering just getting a 2i/2o interface with really good conversion in the meantime and then upgrading to a Motu when the time is right.

I'm not really a huge chat guy TBH...I'd actually have to dig up my AIM for you...but feel free PM anytime. I'm always up for a good hardware convo. Dubious lack of folks making the best of both worlds IMO.

Yea...I actually don't even have AIM installed :dunce:
