Used to have a job in the workshop of a company that rented medical equipment. Always knew when someone was going to die in Corrie because Granada would rent a few bits for a week or so.

The "admin" fee is a nothing, the only thing that actually costs the agent any money is the referencing which they make a profit on after they've charged the tenant anyway
