Popping is a major no-no.
We're luckier nowadays that most buttons and switches are more soft touch style buttons.
In the old days it was loads of those old flip switches that made major noise when triggered.
You either learn the hard way or learn to work with your speakers properly.

Re: Turn Monitors Off Each Time?
usually turn mine off before bed, but the comp stays on overnight. sometimes the computer will auto restart to apply updates, only time i could think of the popping noise taking place. i think the biggest reason i turn them off is the LED's on the monitors are almost blinding in their brightness (equator d5's). distance has a pair i saw in one of his vines, and he has tape over the LED's haha they are so fucking bright.

Big ups Equator D5s! And yea...those LEDs are like stupid intense, lol. I may put a bit of masking tape over mine now...great idea.difference wrote:usually turn mine off before bed, but the comp stays on overnight. sometimes the computer will auto restart to apply updates, only time i could think of the popping noise taking place. i think the biggest reason i turn them off is the LED's on the monitors are almost blinding in their brightness (equator d5's). distance has a pair i saw in one of his vines, and he has tape over the LED's haha they are so fucking bright.
