the firepusher and need fire eps didn't really do it for me but your eyes and pirates do, i think my point then was that i liked las and gantz but hadn't quite found a release from them that i'd listen to on the regz

Yeah Backyard is stupid, its release is long overdue imo... I would have thought it would be released on Innamind but since it's been played out for so long now I'm guessing it could be on that possible Medi release along with Tic :corndance:

Don't wanna get my hopes up though. Tic is still nowhere to be found...

Release is fuggin sick no joke. Probably up there for release of the year with me too. Innamind absolutely locking down 2014 and its only halfway thru + with a Quest release on the horizon :lol:

Totally. I'm guessing I won't have too many hesitations for DSF awards 2014 :D Producer of the year > Las, Label of the year > Innamind.

To me Las is the most impressive innovator in the genre right now. Got his trademark sound, which is constantly evolving, drawing lots of different influences, a variety of textures in his sounds... Man's totally sick. He's just come to the point where I don't even need previews to make an opinion on his forthcoming releases, they're just straight instabags everytime!!!
