no honestly we are looking for a gym.

it's gonna be a heavy week and we've decided having a work out is gonna put us back in good stead

Makes sense tbh. Doesn't your hotel offer a gym? If you're staying at one?

Shouldn't matter much, though. Amsterdam has everything. I'm sure you could find a gym where you pay as you go.

Plus, doing some hardcore bodyweight exercises could bridge you over. Wide armed and diamond push-ups, find a playing ground and do pull-ups,chin-ups and hanging leg raises on the bars, etc. Do squats by carrying someone on your shoulders

I believe both Healthcity and Sportcity in Dam offer a free day pass.
Can't seem to find anything about pay as you go on most sites tough.

Oh and drug wise I'm not too sure yet for that weekend.
