With everything tbh. I hate people who base their personality off of one thing. Music taste too. I think people are more than what they do and what they like.m8son wrote:Yh there's definitely a big difference between going to the gym to keep fit and get a bit big and shaping your whole persona and life around going to the gym.
people who are in your face about their devotion to music / film / literature / travel ... tend to be less annoying because you usually can relate to their passions. you like music aswell, you watch movies, you read books, and so on. whilst you may have never stepped inside a gym (I haven't, at least) and can't connect with their emotions.m8son wrote:Yeah for sure, for some reason It annoys me more when people do it with the gym tho. Im probably just jel
I spend most days in a gym and though I can connect, I still find gym culture awful. It's too celebratory of established stereotypes and the gym does attract a right number of shallow people.Jurkhands wrote:people who are in your face about their devotion to music / film / literature / travel ... tend to be less annoying because you usually can relate to their passions. you like music aswell, you watch movies, you read books, and so on. whilst you may have never stepped inside a gym (I haven't, at least) and can't connect with their emotions.m8son wrote:Yeah for sure, for some reason It annoys me more when people do it with the gym tho. I only do gymtalk on DSF cuz no one's being an annoying stereotype about it. It's fun talk in the work out thread.
Really? I've had 3 coffees, 2 wanks and watched 3 episodes of The Shield today and I feel great.Reverb wrote:maybe going to the gym makes you feel better?
Not shriveled enough to bruise up your mom's twat, apparently.southstar wrote:How shrivelled is your cock?Genevieve wrote:

My old roommate was 5'4 and he discussed this with me all thr timem8son wrote:No but small man syndrome is definitely a real thing
Alright, I'm not that short. Somewhere in the realm of 5'8" and 5'9" and I just can't fucking relate to it at all. Some tall dude kept pestering me about it too, how awful I must feel about being short, but I could never care. I never felt bad about it, never felt disadvantaged in dating (half the girls I dated were taller than I am). etc. Some people really need to let go of some insecurities about things they have no control over.kidshuffle wrote:My old roommate was 5'4 and he discussed this with me all thr timem8son wrote:No but small man syndrome is definitely a real thing
