ummm, i dunno, pretty good year in general, i had a pretty bad drinking problem when i was ~18-21 and I got over that, then fell back into it for a bit, this is the first year in ages where I feel I have actually learned to drink and not have it rule my life. I didn;t drink for 6-8 months this year but the months where I was drinking were great, no problems at all and it's a pretty good feeling.

I got in good shape too and I've started to get gigs that I'm really happy about and proud of, getting to help host and DJ before a lot of the producers and DJs that I really admire.

Now I just need to kick this xanax habit that I always seem to end up taking when I'm not being an alcoholic, but that'll happen this year, I'm sure of it.

managed to knock all drugs and habits on the head.
stopped fucking women for the fuck of it and have been on no fap watch for over 4 months.
raised the bar for friendship too. so a load had to go.
thinking clearer and eager to get a job.
cut my hair off which was about 2 foot in length.
stabilised my emotions to a degree.
this year I feel I'm putting my foot on a ladder to which will lead to some form of success. if not , just money

had a good year production wise in terms of better output-met a potential gf too

Year was pretty shit, some highlights, but it got good dec 31.

did some cool stuff musically, got to meet and got props from quite a few producers I look up to, got a couple of bookings nailed for next year (hopefully gonna be supporting koan sound amongst others so far). Had a lot really upsetting personal stuff go on this year on the downside, split from my lass of 2 and a half years after our relationship slowly started trainwrecking into us hating each other, and my uncle sadly passed away a couple of months ago and its taken a really big toll on the entire family. Absolutely amazing guy, really loved by everyone he knew and Im not just saying that because we're family, was nice to see how packed the church was for his funeral, people ended up having to wait outside it was that full. All in all, 2014's been a very mixed year for me with some good times and some very bad ones, I'd just like to get through the next year without losing anymore family, at least one or two of my close relatives have died every year now since i was about 14 and its starting to grind me down a lot more recently as im just turned 20

Moved in with my gyal, moved to a much better paid job & went to some good parties. Good year imo.

2014 was by far the worst of my life personally.

Broke up with long term gyal, found out I have cancer, and I had to move back to a place where im isolated from all my friends and activities I used to do. That all happened last January though, the rest of the year was alright, but January def tainted the vibe a bit for me. Was a really really bad month.

This January is already going a lot better haha. Big up 2015 so far, little downs cancer

Yeah some strange ting, tumors keep building up in certain joints/areas. Not metastasizing or anything, but they are in some bad spots. They mainly grow where I've broken bones in the past ( both ankles and one wrist are major culprits), but also along my spine, neck, and right femur. They can block veins and push on nerves which is the bad part. Have had many small surgeries over the last year dealing with these little fuckers but they just keep coming back. One of the surgeries also caused a tendon in my ankle slip in between two bones and got pinched there for about 2 weeks; that was a bad time in my life. I'm doing pretty well these days tho, its just more of a bummer and a reminder for me now.

Funnily, originally when my gal broke up with me I was pretty devastated at first and made one of those; alright 'I gonna get healthy!!' decisions. So stopped drinking/partying and stopped caffeine, and about two weeks later my leg was basically totally bruised up/tender. It turns out, when i dropped all the partying etc, my blood pressure dropped to a typically more healthy level, but there were several tumors blocking the blood flow with the decreased blood pressure and it really bunned me up. Thats when I found out hah. I should've just yolo'd my way through tbh.

Honestly, its almost been a good thing. Its been rough at points, but its not like some cheesy daytime 'made for television' movie, haha. It has def changed my perspective on certain things for the better though; its a wake up call.
