LEQ definately man, might be a messy aftermath on saturday but should be out and about somewhere in falmouth. Would be good to discuss matters over a few beers!
Re: woodlane, yep totally agree - dim the lights, you've got a nice relatively low ceiling and large space for skanking it could be a great atmosphere. Plus once the soundsystem is in place it's got a fairly good distance from residential annoyances. Not sure on the license though.
Ocr - Yeah man, this is serious commitment to bass but will be so worth it. And thanks for a great set last week, respect to you :)
See you all tomorrow!

Pure props to all that made it along on friday- that was the busiest we've seen it down there! Shame we didn't have the full sound system in effect.

Extra props to the long distance crew! out to comatoes and your lot, also deafo and lance who made the journey from bristol.

One of the regulars at my night who's from cornwall originally gave me the number of someone who promotes hiphop / reggae / d&b in falmouth and rekons he'd be a good person to speak to.

Next SubHeavy is on friday 21st dec!

I had an awesome time of it on friday, got train up from kernow and turned a lot of my mates in plym onto the night (and dubstep!) at first they were all like "ooh...nah, dont wanna go tramps", but later they were all loving the music and saying how it was underground, and had a sincerity to it that we weren't getting elsewhere that night at other pretentious bars, all of which had a typical soundtrack & loadsa nathan barleys standing around checking out our trainers!

We were just there for the music, pure and simple, which is why it didnt matter where the venue was.

I left all plym crew inna drunken heap with one of your flyers and a few dubstep mix cds, copy of "untrue" etc. They're all heavy into dub and Dnb anyhow but didn't realise the extent of whats happening with dubstep so you'll be seeing us all nxt time no doubt now i've sown the seeds!

Whats the deal with that Pinch reworking of Blood On mY Hands that Appleblim dropped? That slew me through and through, F***ing STRONG remix. Anyone know?

Thx 2 you guys 4 real , massive respect, thx 4 shoutout to my night @ Q-bar falmouth. Be seeing u nxt mnth...

ocr, big ups my man! did i speak to you on friday? it's all a bit of a blur. it was like everyone who said they were gonna come down did and brought all their mates

exactly! so many people spin out about tramps just cuz of it's name but everything you've said there blatantly applies, especially that last bit!

it's by pinch - it's a mashup / remix of shack's blood on my hands, appleblim's vansan and a pinch track- exclusive to Apple, shack and pinch.

necta : Nah we never spoke, i was the guy in the highly colorful check shirt+black knit cap who was soaking up bass at the front and got very excited @ the blood on my hands mashup.

Great night, you cant lose with line-up like that and with your guys supporting, thanx again to you all for time/energy/love invested, i know its thankless task sometimes promoting stuff and much respect to you all, we appreciate your efforts!

We all really enjoyed ourselves, i was buzzing all the way home on train, wouldnt let comatoes sleep cos was just on one talking bout the night/music in general..etc.!

(didn't even travel up with the poor guy, just know him from my nite in fal! Hope you got some kip sunday mate :) )

thanx again,
(will post in events for next Waking The Dread @ Q-bar, Falmouth 5hr dustep marathon from my goodself with the occasional bit o' Dnb pitched down or at 33  )
