A dubstep Fabric mix was inevitable. This makes me smile a very big smile indeed. Fuckin HUGE tracklist! Apparently that Villalobos one is meant to be insane...anyone heard it?

tbh never been there actually.

Suddenly, there was a terrible roar all around us, and the sky was full with what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, and a voice was screaming:
Holy Jesus. What are these goddamn animals?

BIG NEWS to see dubstep getting into the hallowed turf of Fabriclive. After this and the Essential Mix, what next in the infiltration of the mainstream? DMZ at the Ministry? N-Type headlines Creamfields? Dubstep takes over from prog / hard / whatever house as the no. 1 sound of Ibiza? The future's out there, people.
To piss on the parade a little bit, though... I love some of those tunes but I'm kind of sad that what might be the highest profile dubstep release EVAH, not much of the depth or diversity of the genre gets showcased. I know that's Rusko and Caspa's style, but still...

like a tit, I missed Buraka Som Sistema on Friday as I was in the wrong bloody room, although I did enjoy whoever it was I was actually watching!
Also missed A Trak & Mehdi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did however see 2 Many Djs get battered on stage by bouncers (the craziest thing ive ever seen!) and also seen the annexe in Nation (Cream) explode when Shy Fx dropped 'Night' in the middle of his set.
Missing BSS though

I saw BSS live last august and it was nothing special actually..it was just like listening to the LP on a good soundsystem entertained by a crap MC...Petty the female MC who did Yah wasnt there and doesnt tour with them...it's a shame...
Anyway love their music and really NEED to hear that Cockney thug RMX

Believe me but Yah sounds filth in a live version, listened to them (including Petty) live for some couple of times here in Lisbon and it was sick!
YAH YAH
