That could be due to the fact that i listened to it b4 the unseen. Tbh when i heard the unseen it was a disappointment coz it had been hyped up.
unseen kills it as far as a whole album is concerned, lord quas has some amazing tracks on it and a lil filler... i say check it again!
anyone peeped his colab with talib? heard good things but havent had the chance as of yet...

I'm into this album, although isn't it the case that madlib basically stuck drum loops over entire blue note tunes?
Someone also told me that Madlib is related to someone connected to blue note and so is able to get his hands on loads of samples that otherwise he wouldn't be able to... or something?
