If you take those roasted red peppers in a jar - and hook them up with some gouda and toast them nice - on a good crusty roll..mmm.

I am also a big fan of the "Aegean " omlette - feta and lightly grilled tomato.

my cousin hates cheese so much he's practically scared of it. wave it in his face he gets all like 'euughhuahaaahhhh'. he hates all dairy things. swear down dairy has all the best things tho (cept ham, obv). cheese, milk, cream, chocolate... frikkin weirdo.

When I mentioned manchego earlier I didn't realise that my madre had some in the fridge. Will be munching that after the fillet steak tonight.

i heart manchego. if i have nothing to do one afternoon i can happily sit down with some crackers, butter and manchego and busy myself for HOURS.

Cheese is one of life's luxuries.

Top cheeses:

Somerset Brie (I'm in Somerset right now and I'm caning the Brie)
Camembert
Extra Mature Cheddar
Stilton
Roquefort
That Smoked Cheese with the Orange Rind I Can't Remember the Name Of
