Reminds be of the whole Jazzy Jungle era. Can't remember the name but the bassline sounds like something Peshay did.
I like it Jazzy Dubstep is a good look.

I think thats where the influences come from for this 1, used to love it back in the day when jumpin jack frost used to drop a proper jazzy numbers in raves.
