there's all kinds of techniques

i tend to not look for archetypes or universal meaning in them
not that i don't think archetypes and universal meaning exist

			i tried keeping one for a while...only wrote down 3 dreams though. this was right after my first and only lucid dream experience. and that was 2 days after my first and only absinthe experience heheh.

im sure ive had a similar one, at least along the lines of haivng somethings i've always wwanted only to wake up and realise it was a dream
