I didn't mean that he's in DMZ and FWD with great big pancakes on his feet, with icing sugar and lemon on the left foot, and Grand Marnier and Cream on the other!!!!

I wasn't thinking pancakes, so on your suggestion I checked Urban Dictionary and lo and behold - crepes!! But no 2 does seem to suggest otherwise.

1. crepes 'fly' trainers generally used in hip hop slang. gotta be swish though - not brogues

2. crepes Thin, pancake-like french pastries that go good with fruit and whipped cream.
