Another events sub-forum is different to a general one though cause it benifits everyone. for example you wont have to scan thru events from brum that ur probally not going to go to as you come from glasgow, you can just see the ones that are up north and vice-versa.daggus wrote:naa i'm 'playin smoke the grass' in my flatspencerTron wrote: you given up trying to play 'spot the grass' in London?![]()
if i'm honest i think should at least wait a month or 2 before sub dividing the events forums anymore. If you look at the North uk section right now, you can actually fit all the events on one screen without having to scroll(almost). Ok its summer so there probably more events soon.
But its seems like there aren't as many posts on the forum as before(tell me if im wrong). I know couple people who are put off the forum as they find it confusing. I do love the structure an content of this forum i just can't take anymore sub-forums aaaaaaaah

Yes. Give Midlanders our identity!
When we're up north, we're "southerners". When down south, we're "northerners".
Also for the less geographically-knowledgeable crew, it's easier to just know certain places as in the Midlands and not have to work out whether they're above Coventry or not and then look in the relevant forum.
