I love techno!
Here's some stuff to check out if all the mini/dubtech starts to get tiresome.
Chris Liebing / Stigmata, older stuff
Umek (sickness)
Thomas Krome
Adam Beyer
Oliver Ho
Ronald Van Aggelen
Henrik B
Mhonolink
Neil Landstrumm
Luke Slater's "Freek Funk"
Christian Morgenstern
Scan X
Jeff Mills as mentioned many times before but can't hurt to say it again

Oh yeah, I can't believe no one has mentioned Surgeon. Surgeon is the don. Check www.dj-surgeon.com to grab a new live mix by him.

I used to be well into my techno ...
Biggest influences were The Advent - Elements of Life album, also a lot of Luke Slater's stuff (a.k.a Planetary Assault Systems) and his more ambient stuff as 7th Plain. Cari Lekebush - some of his stuff is pure, tight techno funk. And, as already mentioned, the big detroit boys Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins, Carl Craig.. and Kevin Saunderson. Drexciya also for sub-aquatic techno. Some of Christian Vogel's older stuff is wicked.
Theres prob more but its been a while since i went thru my techno collection!
A lot of peeps i've met seem to think techno is stupid music. To me, good techno is very deep music, you can get lost in it, exploring the matrix...

Theo Parrish rocks. Not exactly techno but close. Very dubsteppy vibe.
