also. there was a reporter yesterday being questioned on cnn about why she had written such a harsh editorial about sarah palin in the wall street journal or ny times (can't remember which one). And basically she said... which i found rather interesting..... "we need to look at her as the next president of the united states, because with john mccain's age and health problems... there's a good chance she's going to be it at some point." (paraphrased)

as you probably heard... her 17 year old daughter's pregnant. *scandalous*. no not really... but what i do find ironic is that Palin is anti-sex ed in schools as well. so... you don't want people to teach kids about contraceptives??? i guess it's no big deal then that your 17 year old daughter is pregnant.

If she likes babies > surely its better to wait until the time is right to bring a new born into the world, rather than have children whose parents have to struggle to survive to give the child all it needs. Pro-Life means Pro-Poverty and hardship for lower-class people.

If she likes Jesus > He said forgive and love your fellow-man. Not warmonger and belittle your fellowman.

If she likes guns > she is an idiot

I agree with most of that. Except I actually am a bit of a gun enthusiast (partially for art, partially for self) and I think responsible gun usage is possible. I mean shit, I have like 6 guns in my house, and my family's completely sane.

anyone who voted for hillary in the primary is not just going to jump on a mccain / palin ticket because he picked a woman as his running mate. that's just stupid to think that. they're almost polar opposites really.
