I stopped using VSTs and now only use Reason and I am learning much much more than I did before.
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

I'd pay more than 300 for logic, I really enjoy it and Ive connected with it a bit more than Cubase, Renoise etc
I pay money for stuff coz it makes me learn it, and also if I made something and bare people just robbed it, Id feel a bit gutted
I know some people actually can't afford expensive programs but theres loads of other alternatives, Im 18 and I managed to save up for it.
