Check out Max Tundra's new one, glitchy as hell, but very melodic and deeply soulful. Took him 6 years to make using another tracker, Octamed on an olde Amiga.

i treid it the other day and im really thinking of buying it, dont think i'll leave ableton but renoise seems to have some really good features i could do with

In my experience, it's not harder or easier to write a specific style with Renoise - it's down to what instruments and effects you use. And if you think only glitchy, soulless stuff is made with Renoise, you haven't been following the links in this thread...

Notice the three exclamation marks after world. Puts more stress at the end of the statement.
