If that fails, Fry up and Lucozade.
Yeah, but I'm usually too pissed to remember drinking loads of water.

I just drink water with every pint, now.

True, it's just the getting out of bed and into work that's difficult.

1 - WATER

2 - CHEESE & BACON OMLETTE

3 - TEA

5 - HOT SHOWER

4 - IBUPROFEN

5 - BEROCCA

6 - A BLOW JOB (preferably recieving)

7 - COFFEE

8 - A VERY BIG POO

I'll leave the order of these to you, but I find they do the trick for me.

sooo.. drink alot of water, and eat food (preferably before u go to sleep)

and ye, fatty meals, like english breakfast, are god since fatty meals absorb less water and makes more avaiable for ur body

and smoke grass

Every time before I go out, I fill up a bottle of water and put it next to my bed. When I get home, I usually drink some water out of tap, then pass out. I'll usually wake up at 5am or so feeling like I'm going to feel terrible a bit later on, then I chuck the bottle of water and pass out again. Wake up at 11 good as new.

Quality.
