This came up last time with Coki @ the Zoo and on a number of posts before that.
I think the line is drawn at the point where if a set has alrady been published elsewhere on the net, it's ok to redistribute it.
It's not like it's been sneakily DI'd on a desk. Red Bull must have gained permission to broadcast it otherwise it wouldn't have been released.
This is reasonable although speculative on my part. Perhaps we need some rules about posting sets...

Well not everywhere, but I posted the source (after a request from Tranquera).
I think next time, I'll ask for permission first. Easier that way

some DJs producers just prefer their sets to be kept off the net/radio. That way the tunes and esp the dubplates are fresher when you see them live. Mala is one of those people...nothing elitist, just a purist performer.

well, i don't think rbma put it up on the net without permission from mala.
so it was "on the net" before wafel put the link up. everybody could rip a mp3 of that stream if he/she wanted to.

If it has Mala and RBMA permission, thanks for putting up this mix online!
That night was so heavy!!! Mala, Mark Pritchard and Cardopusher fucking killed it! Vibes all the way! Easily one of the best parties I've ever played and witnessed..
This brings some great memories.. cheers bro!
